Last weekend, a 12 year old girl gave birth to a 7lb baby girl. Making her and her 13 year old boyfriend the youngest parents in Britain. The Sun reports that she fell pregnant at 11, while still at primary school, shortly after starting a relationship with a boy who lives near her family home in North London.
