The sprawling business opened its new store on Nathan Way, Thamesmead on Friday, 11th July 2014. The opening attracted a large number of well wishers, African businesses owners and shoppers. In attendance were the Leader of Royal Borough of Greenwich, Councillor Denise Hyland, Deputy Mayor for Business and Enterprise, City Hall, Mr Kit Malthouse, the Divisional Borough Commander, Royal Borough of Greenwich, Helen Millichap, Minister for Industry, Trade and Investment, Nigeria High Commission, Mr Adelemi, Commercial Attaché, Jamaican High Commission, Mr Lawrence Jones, Head of Trade and Investment, Ghanaian High Commission, Mr Koffi Addo, Pastor Godday Okosun of RCCG Goodnews Haven, Mr Femi Okutubo of Trumpet Newspapers, Mr Niyi Olaleye of Tasty African Restaurants, the crew of Events TV on Ben Television and a house full of press men. The MC for the occasion was the motivational speaker, Mr Dayo Olomu.
